Owners Corporation

An Owners’ Corporation will govern all aspects of estate management at Elloura. The Owners’ Corporation will manage and oversee all maintenance of front gardens on all properties, landscaped areas, waterways, the beach precinct, roads, footpaths, the residents’ recreation club, activity zones and rubbish removal.
